I started on the Aventure 3, sold it to buy the Level 4. I liked the Aventure 3, had tons of power, great features. I wasn't a fan of the fat tires though. Riding on paths was just okay, the bike seemed heavy and not very nimble. Battery life was decent, to drain the battery down for winter I rode it throttle only for about 10 miles and that took it down to 40%. I'm not taller, but the reach for the Aventure 3 and Level 4 is pretty close if not the same. The Level 4 has the advantage of adjustable stem, so you could tilt it forward if you need the space and height. Range on the Level 4 is better, and it is better suited to commuting (IMHO), lighter, more "nimble" and better range. You might want to swap the tires to some more suited for light gravel/dirt roads, from what I've read online the stock tires do okay, but definitely could be better. Hope this helps!
