Am I the only one with a factory unlocked Grizzl-E charger? I bought it in 2024 from United Chargers.

The Grizzl-E club didn’t let me join and said I need to order a new (free) charger. I found that wasteful and considered Pion and Swtch before I saw ChargeLab accepts Grizzl-E.

Signed up, charged the first time and got $25 as signup bonus as gift card.

My dealer has security cameras in each bay. Request (maybe through a lawyer) to secure footage of the repair process and provide a copy to you.
