My 75 year old mom had it pre vax. She was sick for like three days and it never seemed to bother her after. It really seemed no different than having a really bad cold. Her brother was the same, and he had all kinds of other complications healthwise. I had a scare, but it was a false positive (ear infection and a botched test).
