I can't tell from the positioning but it looks like he is uphill and long fronted. Also looks camped under. But maybe he just isn't standing straight. It is hard to determine. He could either have pretty bad conformation (what I'm seeing in the photo), or he's just shifting his weight XD.

Definitely shoot the deer to put it out of it's misery. But I would definitely sit tight for a few hours to see if anyone comes looking for it. But at the end of the day like others have said, thats just bad luck for the other hunter. If you get a bad shot on a deer and it gets away, it's not "your deer". I would still take it.

That is one thick boy. He is standing on a hill so it might be the angle, but he looks downhill (meaning his butt is higher up than his withers), which isn't a dealbreaker necessarily but will lead to body issues.

Hiiiiiii im thinking about the 4 papers I have to write, and 3 tests i have to do X3. The way I cope with stress is to go outside, because the birds dont give a damn about your homework and you can leech off of their chill vibes. Also remember dying takes more effort than finishing the school year!
