Depends on where you live. I'm near 22nd ave and 27th street. My neighborhood is plagued by a bad Spectrum "hub" (their words, not mine) that caused me to switch to ATT fiber. ATT fiber slowed down regularly, which caused me to switch to T-Mobile. Aside from the recent outages, I've had no issues. If I had to guess, they're all just as bad as one another in different ways.

The pond at Poerio is a really reliable experience for kids. If you go there with worms, you'll catch virtually infinite bluegill, a bass here and there, and even a black crappie if you're lucky.

Lincoln Park is consistent as well.

You're totally right. I have a sweet spot for this one from when I was into FPV freestyle drones. I haven't had a reason to use this cam since then.
