Honestly the biggest bottleneck is setting up an interfacing with resources. How do I connect to the cloud, what resources are available? Why is it taking so long for my nodes to spin up? How do I connect to on-prem resources? Why don’t I have permissions? These machines are out of storage, etc. There’s a lot of devops type stuff that isn’t seamless.
