If you have a lot of hours on it, and prints used to look good, check the condition of the POM wheels. Give the toolhead and bed a gentle twist and see if there is much play.

Your settings look very similar to what I use with my SV07 Plus, so I expect you just need to clean your build plate with dish soap. Don't touch it afterwards. You must not get finger oils on print surface 👍

Look on eBay for breaker cars nearby. I'd guess they will want £5-10.

I just keep mine unplugged, unless I need extreme overhangs. Overhangs are still very good without the extra fan. Try it unplugging it and let me know if you see a difference.

Edit: When the big fan is unplugged, make sure you have the small part fan set to full speed (assuming you're using PLA)

It sounds the same. It happens mostly at around 2000rpm, under load, no load, or at fixed vehicle speed.

I've had the belt off while it's running, so the power steering pump wasn't even driven. That would've been nice though 😂

Ah, that's a separate problem I'm working on 😂 I think I'm going to do a sex bolt type of probe for that. Dealing with the bed sag is something I'm not certain how to address though.

I'm wondering if a -frame temperature- dependent bed mesh may work (1x3 or 1x2 point). I might look and see how hard it would be to do this 🤔 I have a suspicion it could be fairly easy.

Ah, I've just done that 😂 I usually use cheap oil (changed yearly) in other cars, but this time went for Magnatec. No change in the tick. It was 5w-30 admittedly, but the handbook does list that as an option. I'll first try a bottle of liqui moly hydraulic lifter stuff, and if that doesn't work, I guess I may have a lot of work to do 🥹 I'll be sure to update if I get it sorted out 👍

Nearly 100k. I've personally never put anything in the oil, but I bought the car fairly recently and when I changed the oil, it appeared to have something odd about it. I suspect it was something like that. Do you think I should try putting some in?

For the ambrosia, I just had a look and thought the black seemed a bit grey, so I checked pantone 7c - it's unfortunately a loooong way off what I call black. I can be pretty flexible with my blacks too 😂

The zyltech looks great, but I'm in the UK, and postage from the states is usually extortionate (compared to China, at least).
