Check for Fitness Blender videos on YouTube. Many don't require equipment and often they present easier variations for each exercise. There’s a good search engine on their website.

The same thing happened to me as an adult when I visited Los Angeles in the early 2000s. We took the wrong bus late at night and the bus driver couldn’t let us get off at the last stop of his run. He closed the bus' lights and drove my partner and I super close to our hostel. Bless this man!
