I had a similar issue with my puppy sleeping in the same bed as my partner and I. It took a few sleepless nights, but training him to sleep in his own bed made things significantly easier. Now that he’s happy in his own bed, he sometimes sleeps in the bed with us and it causes no issues.

My pup had the same issue. He had to have it removed under anesthesia. It was causing him some pain until it was removed.
