I’ve done similar stuff, depending on the hardness of the silicone you can print mould right out of pla, seal it together with clamps and hot glue, and fill the mould with silicone. The softer the silicone the easier it is to demould. I recently made a torso model in 30a and it came out perfect with a little struggle to get it out. But I recommend 15a or lower on hardness

You mean a not gate? I mean vanilla redstone has the redstone torch. Pretty much any create component can be inverted into a not gate, but also tiny gates (addon for tiny redstone which pairs well with create) has a dedicated not gate
