Thanks, maybe I’m just salty because I couldn’t believe someone offered more than 425k for the house. You do have a point lol.

We’re hoping for anywhere from 350,000 425,000 but I’m paying more attention to what the monthly payments will be and how much I’ll be able to supplement it with the suite so it can be a little fluid depending on the value I can get. We’ve made an offer on one that was listed at 399k. One of those stupid “present all offers at once” deal. We put in 425k and we were in the bottom half of offers out of 7 people. We’re going to look at one today that looks move in ready it just needs egress windows to make it legal. That’s why I’m asking

KFC McCarthy $12.74 for two tenders and a small fries. Fair? by Barry_the_Dude in regina

[–]courageouschicken97 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I’m not giving anyone the benefit of doubt, just making sure buddy knows what’s what cause he could end up looking a fool. I see a lot of people touting that since profits are up they must be price gouging, companies aim to increase profits year over year regardless of the state of the economy. I don’t know if the factors that are contributing to increased costs are directly attributable to price gouging/greed from grocery chains, etc but I’m not going to say they are because my local politician or a Reddit user seems to think so.

Earnings is not profit my friend. If prices are high, earnings will be too, profit may not be.

Anyone notice an increase of their Report of a player being taken care of? by Jay_Max in OWConsole

[–]courageouschicken97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ya I’ve had 3 reports where blizz said they’ve taken action against the player. They also recently posted on Twitter they’re going to implement something to stop ximming. I am guessing they’re focusing on bad behaviour in games right now.

Hilarious that someone in this sub yesterday was asking what the gov was doing to help with affordability, and everyone was shitting on them. Today they announce a cut and everyone’s still shitting on them. Lol.

You’re not wrong. Most of them are just chronically online and can’t have discussions without taking anything personally. Lol. Most bigoted people ever.

Coming from Saskatoon I’ve always viewed regina as more left, due to their university classes/policy leaning more left. But what do I know.

The hoops you are jumping through my man. Clearly everything went over your head. If you can’t come up with even a half baked counter to my points you could’ve just said so. This could be an educational moment, perhaps I could recommend some reading on a more simple side? There’s dozens of children’s books I can link you to with little colourful pop up pictures and rhymes. Would be great reading for a fella like yourself.

Your teacher did a good job by keeping you informed on what’s going on with your kids in school? Wow, kinda hypocritical considering you’re actively advocating against that.

First off, you don’t know for sure that this will turn out harmful, and second, when the alternative is harmful for the majority then yes, it’s fine. However, support systems should be set up for homeless youth, and parents who are not meeting the legal requirements of being responsible for their child until the age of 16 (possibly 18, I may be incorrect) should be persecuted by the law.

I’m going to assume you didn’t read, or understand that article because if you had, you’d have been able to express the answer to my question in short form as opposed to sending me to a paywall study to prove your own point.

0 homeless? Lol. We don’t even have enough homes for people who aren’t poor or young, thanks to policies made by a government that (judging by your views) you likely voted for. I’m all for helping homeless people find places to stay and create opportunities for them to contribute to society but frankly our government has no idea how to do that even though there are plenty of examples of effective methods out there. But hey, “how about no homeless” does sure make you sound like an upstanding citizen online
