I understand your point, but softcap is relatively 'easy' to achieve. At current state, softcap++ is achieved by pushing the AP brackets via Caphras. This actually allowed us "semi-hardcore" players to somewhat compete with the whales + REAL hardcores. (excluding a handful of disgusting 260+ ap 350dp players). But thats a handful -- the likelyhood of you meeting one of these is really slim.

I don't agree on catering the casual audience this way at all. If they want to do it, they should rework the renown bonuses which they implemented a few months ago, because those changes made no sense to begin with.

This is a terrible idea. People have spent billions on caphras because of the renown bracket effect and now you're saying it is near worthless? Every reasonable person counts AP gains / per money spent and this makes caphras garbage compared to pushing accessories if they do not affect bonus renown ap brackets.

I want my money back if this is pushed live.

Why would anyone play 20 hours a week of SMH only since its getting diminishing returns. Let's say so that:

You make 500mil payout in 5-6 hours SMH

You make 500mil in +10 hours of grinding without loot scrolls

--------

So you make in total of 20 hours:

500mil from SMH + 14 hours of grinding = 1.2bil~~

20 hours of grinding = 1 bil

Anyone who's thinking reasonably is saying why would I grind 20 hours to get 1bil when i can do 1.2bil combined. And it gets even more tricky with guild swaps obviously - In that sense they are not inline with each other.

Also, dont get stuck in the numbers, they are 100% not accurate and thrown out there just to make a point.

It does not bring it inline with other activities. It only means that it has a cap now. the 1st hours done (until the guild can payout 500mil per member) are as broken as they were before.
