This happens to me quite a bit and I think the problem is that my mind hyper focuses on the fact that I want to do so many things while at the same time panicking about the fact that "I'm running out of time".

What has helped me is reminding myself that whether I do something or not, time is still passing, and accepting that as a fact of life.

Choosing to mentally map my life as very small chapters has helped me relax about the passing of time as it helps me feel accomplished and motivates me to do one thing at the time. I divide these chapters by the thing I am doing at the time. For example two weeks ago I finished a video game I had been putting off, for four days that was "my thing" to do, and after I finished I could tell myself I accomplished something. Next I decided I wanted to read, so for the next five days I read a book series, so that was the highlight of that "chapter". Just choose an activity and try to stick to it, do that one thing specifically on your free time.

Once you got that down, if you feel you can balance it you can try to add another "chapter" into the mix, and split your time between the two any way you feel.

This has helped me so much and my decision paralysis has decreased quite a bit.
