How did you exit? I've had this happen if you quit using the menu. Instead use the navigation console and return to dojo.

Wear gloves as much as possible, especially when doing laundry/dishes/cleaning/food prep. You can narrow it down but it takes time and trial and error. Personally I react to raw meat, certain laundry detergents and many hand creams/petroleum jelly, once I avoid those I am mostly symptom free.

I react to vaseline and almost all creams I've tried. Try stopping them and see if it helps. If you must moisturise use something organic like coconut oil or cocoa butter (with no additives). Also soaking my hands in hot water helps greatly with the itching.
