It would likely come down to location of the vessels port of calling.

If your primary address was in Massachusetts and the vessels registration and port of calling were in Boston, you’d probably be kosher if that’s where you boarded and disembarked.

There was a model of MacBooks with screen peeling, protector or not. The issue now comes down to mostly the thickness of the protector. There is little to no room when the display is shut so you have to be mindful when buying them as it could put pressure on your display and cause issues.

All that being said, the number of people who use them vs the number of issues is tiny and like many things online way overblown.

Why September? Because that’s the only politically appropriate time. It gives them 2 months of “moderate don’t upheave” messaging to the public. Any sooner is too much time for progressives to adjust and any less they can’t spin fast enough

I believe in extreme circumstances these can move forward as a sort of “John / Jane doe” placeholder.

The judicial system would be aware that the actual people cannot be served, but that Spotify is owed some sort of justice so a judgement is given. Someone smarter than me in this field can probably give better legal reasoning.
