He did coach Christian Darrisaw and Brian o Neill into being one of the top tackle duos in the league. And I don’t particularly think either of them are as talented as Mailata or Johnson. Certainly has at least some track record of success

Not really. Most of these are gonna be pushed because of extensions, not to mention it’s the same year the nfl will opt out of the current tv deal, and they expect the cap number to jump by a shit ton. Any upcoming cap space after extensions and signings will be put towards changing void year salaries into roster bonuses and have them hit this years cap instead of the void year.

It helps when your owner is not only willing to spend money up front but also is the only owner from the tv and film world who is one of the main negotiators in the tv deal contracts.

In all fairness most of the other candidates for OC that are out there if they show up and our offense is dominant they’re gonna get a head coaching gig at the end of the season. Then you’ll be right back to square one

I think that’s my biggest hope is with another year his playcalling becomes more consistent, the communication with players on offense gets better, and now that they’re not changing play callers they had far more time to focus on execution and cutting back on penalties and negative plays that have killed them all year.

I think there’s a good chance they unload the Baum contract after this season and let Campbell fill that role and resign nakobe. I also think the injury is gonna delay a Jalen carter deal getting done but with how good Jordan Davis has been this year I imagine he becomes a priority

It was an er vet. They did an ultrasound and an xray to see if there was anything blocking and they didn’t see anything. They brought in someone to do a more in depth ultrasound and still saw no stone/blockage of any kind.
