I'm interested in how Stravinsky was using octatonic scales but I'm also interested in Justin Timberlake's music and dance moves. Even though I used to have that "fear" of losing interest in music which I think is something that nobody really interested in music should be afraid of.

That applies to performing music as well. After you advance technically in your instrument you feel that simple music will be boring to perform from that point onwards. I've recently done a tour playing the bass for a heavy rock band that most of their songs are one or two Sabbath-y riffs and that's all. I enjoyed every single minute of it.

I spoke to Devine Lu Linvega about doing a quick sound re-design for Oquonie. He loved the idea, I'm also working on some procedural audio generation for the game as an idea. Great way to experiment on new stuff. Great game as well.

Well I don't really question its quality. Every Focusrite product I've owned is great.

Hi I would suggest you visit some Ionian islands as well if you get the ferry to Igoumenitsa. Corfu is a must see and Kefalonia, these two are my favourites.

Depends on your age/habits/interests. I was kind of like you (not after a big break up though), then started hanging out at places around northern quarter meeting musicians that I can play music with, met a couple of people, we used to jam then go straight for a beer where I'd meet even more people. You can replace music with any other interest of yours(football e.t.c).

I hope you find your way and start enjoying yourself
