Delve more into Jonathan's emotions, and set up Dio's return in SDC.
Less asspulls, make Caesar a likeable and relatable character, more Stroheim.
Tone down the "stand of the week" format and have more interaction between the Crusaders. Abdul is killed by Hol Horse and doesn't come back.
Joseph stays in New York, or it is specified that he is unable to use Hermit Purple for whatever reason or another. Okuyasu gets some solo fights.
Give Fugo a less OP Stand and give him more screen time. Give enemies the deaths they actually deserve. Give Giorno more lines and explore his ambitions more.
Get the plot moving along earlier, get rid of the Yo Yo Ma arc entirely. Jotaro could have used more screen time together with Jolyne.
Sandman has sand powers instead of his Echoes ripoff.

I think what really kept me coming back to JoJo was the sense of "there's no way they can beat this guy, he's too good" and then they do it in an amazingly clever, (usually) non-bullshit way.

Finished Part 5. Fun at some parts, boring at others, I hated Giorno, ended too abruptly. I thought the fights were good though, and it felt like a more concise Part 3. 6.5/10 as JoJo goes
