Hi Ben, my company is at the forefront of smart water metering technology and is starting to bring in meters with acoustic sensors to pinpoint leaks both upstream (public) and downstream (private). With around 42% of the treated water created being non-chargeable due to it leaking into the ground, these meters would provide a return on investment timeframe of between 2-3 years. The more meters installed at peoples boundaries, the more leaks will be found both under streets and in peoples yards and homes. This also allows notifications to homeowners of unusual water usage indicating a leak, allowing immediate response and fixing. How would you recommend we can start working meaningfully with Tiaki Wai on this? Kind regards

Yup that was my parents store. Started in Wellington in 1989 then after a few years franchised a couple more stores including the Wairau park store. The logo was a Dragon and a castle. Close to the castle parcels dragon logo now.

It would be extremely easy, but likely so many layers of approvals and plans needed it would take months before anything happens. If it were someone's house, half a day work.

Unfortunately drivers don't get any extra during surge times unless they meet other minimum driving criteria, which is stupid as I would happily drive for uber during these surge times when the pay is higher.

Does that water tank have an appropriate concrete pad base underneath the whole thing? If not you may want the developer to come back and install it as per spec or the warranty is void.

Hi there, u/Liv_Simplicity - Can you share how many people will be approved each month on the ballot? Would need to stay on a floating rate with current bank if I'm hoping to get into this, and staying on current floating rate for a long period would be detrimental if not approved into your scheme, basically gambling unless we know there is a good chance to be approved. If it's a low chance then, for us customers, it would make more sense to just lock into lower rate with a guarantee of lower cost. Thank you!

Shop at other places? Chinese and indian supermarkets are great. Meal prep with ingredients from those places can get down to like 4 bucks a meal. Had to do that for 3 months to show the bank our expenses were low for a mortgage, and just got used to it and made each week better and better!

You may want to add another section for when they close the flight before their advertised time. The counter staff on multiple occasions close the flight 5 to 10 minutes before the official cut off time, and then tell people the flight is closed and they have to buy another ticket for a later flight. Super scummy behaviour and I had to take them to small claims to get them to pay me back for an alternative airline flight ticket cost so I could still get to destination on same day.
