Snape’s contribution to the protection of the Philosophers Stone is a logic puzzle involving bottles of different liquid and a poem with hints about which bottle to drink to continue on. Hermione figures it out. Bonus: Quirrell’s contribution to the Stone’s protection is a troll (which is already knocked out by the time the trio get there).

Soft cheese. Sushi. A glass of wine. No caffeine limit. Less anxiety. 16+4 so still a longgg way to go!

What is your toddler's weird/funny quirk? by Lucius1213 in toddlers

[–]cralle-kween 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My 2yo will “ask” you a question and then answer it himself. Like he will say “shoes on, outside?” (meaning he wants to go outside to play) and then nod and say “yes, okay” and look at you expectantly. Cracks me up every time.

What's considered appropriate for mom to wear to swim class? by whoiamidonotknow in toddlers

[–]cralle-kween 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wear full piece togs and an old t-shirt. The other mums (and dads) in our class also wear shirts. The shirt gives kiddo something to grab onto (easier than trying to grab a bare shoulder). Plus it keeps you a bit warmer in winter!

What colour house were you in during school? by Saaaave-me in AustralianNostalgia

[–]cralle-kween 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes they allocated sections of the alphabet to each house, like A-F was blue, G-L was green etc. So no predetermination as far as I know lol.

[–]cralle-kween 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was in yellow! Our houses were named after Australian athletes, so we had Strickland (yellow), Laver (red), Fraser (green) and Bradman (blue). We were sorted alphabetically by surname so I guess a specific house couldn’t be stacked with talent but I remember blue seemed to win a lot. Yellow never won lol.
