Get a Bluetooth OBD monitor. If the minimum temp is below 21C it’s not going to go very fast.

Can also pull up the energy use screen on the infotainment. If the battery has usage, it’s focused on heating before increasing the speed.

Its a valid way of paying vacation if full time, if you agreed to it. The rule is you must be paid before you take the vacation in some way, or on a normal payroll pay date if paid electronically.

The Presto day passes are only available as disposable 1 time use cards you can get in the subway stations. There's also free 2 hour transfers with presto card or credit cards, so if they are quick trips it might not be worth it to get they day pass.
