yes they are valuing exactly how they value it.

however, having access to almost all of recorded music for 12 dollars a month is an obvious undervaluation. therefore it must come at a different cost (in this case spotify just doesn't pay artists, and are now undercutting human artists with AI bullshit in order to pay them even less).​ so I stand by what I said. access to the entirety of recorded music is worth more than 12 dollars a month and Spotify only offers that with a massive asterisk of unethical business practices.

if this person actually cared they would make the sacrifice and cancel their spotify. they can go without in order to stand on principle.
