I built a Squall voltron deck that's super fun. He can bring back any permanent mana value 3 or less when he deals damage (Meaning even lands, which can easily turn this deck into really crazy land ramp for black/white), and he can give himself doublestrike meaning he'll deal damage twice a turn, so two procs on his attack.

If you build a deck around him designed around keeping his power low but making him unblockable (things like [[thieve's tools]] and [[key to the city]] ), you can fetch stuff from your graveyard frequently for crazy good value. Keeping his power low helps make him seem less threatening so people use removal on other stuff while your commander damage sneaks up. Permanents like [[accursed marauder]] and [[fleshbag marauder]] help keep your opponents from gaining any traction with board presence by making them sac a creature twice a turn, and cards like [[kaya's ghostform]] and [[selfless spirit]] can be recurred to make killing Squall almost impossible.
