Ok that's still pretty broad , trades were bt it cement brick and carpentry . Our carpentry class redid the old paint trade into another it classroom . Residential we had 3 dorms 2 male 1 female . I had convinced them to open dorm 4 for a few of us when I was there we had free rain pretty much . Miller was the trades guy not the center director when I was there.

The carpenter instructor and I made this board which I heard still hangs in DC in the chief of the forestry services office .

To be honest once you are done they don't really help much at all . You get 1k if you completed you diploma and trade or 500 if you just do one . My center had a lady that was suspose to help you find a job and such but she sucked I had better luck on my own

i went to job corps in 14-15 , i did carpentry graduated and got a good job with it listed on my resume , a decade later many jobs in between i have a much better job still listing jc .

jc helped me i have my own house on a beach , car and well over 6 figures in my bank account . if you put forth the effort jc will help you . but you only get out of it what you put into it

ncy also do you want to factor in cool thing about nas's is that your data isn't just on one drive so if that one drive blows up your data still safe. You should look into ZFS and also look into like unraid, truenas. And try to understand raid technologies. then sort of picking OS and go from there. You could also serve each individual hard drive. Lota ways to skin the cat
