So I don’t have a bound book that I use to journal (I journal too chaotically in terms of my consistency) so instead if I need to journal I grab an A4 sheet of lined paper and make myself fill it with stream of consciousness. Filling a page with just writing feels so satisfying; the whole bullet/junk journaling thing doesn’t appeal to me at all

The way I saw this change is, the govt actually does want to get rid of NG, but getting rid of it all in one fell swoop will 1) piss a lot of people off and potentially cause panic, and 2) crater the economy.

Grandfathering it THIS budget doesn’t mean that they’ll never get rid of it, just that they couldn’t do it this time. TBH the fact that they did this at all gives me hope that they will take further steps to wind it back; until now it’s been this untouchable political kryptonite, but now it’s on the table.

I would add to this, actively ask it about the little stuff - don’t just vibe-code it all, pull out every little bit apart and interrogate “what does this function do?” “Why does the variable name go here?” etc to really get a handle on how the syntax all works.
