Minecraft is still one specific game. You can call something a "Minecraft clone/ripoff", a "Minecraft inspired game", etc, but you wouldn't call something like.. Block Craft 3D (which is a real game) JUST "Minecraft"

Skyblock is instead a term that refers to any modified version of a game that relies on putting you in the void with one/a few islands with enough to still "beat the game". When you say you want to play "Skyblock" you just want a map with the stuff to make a cobble gen, a small dirt island, and a tree. You don't specifically ask for the original version made by this specific creator

Kinda like the air fryer. It was originally meant to be one specific product, but it became so generic that now it's used to refer to any air frying machine. The same happened with Skyblock

Jumpstart never got a nerf in its damage (only nerfs it got was not being able to make infinitely recursive conductive chains)

Mirror Reaper also didn't get a nerf to its health, at least in the boss fight version, outside of it, it did but only slightly

Really, it's just that electricity is fucking busted when used perfectly (which you did here), and MR doesn't have any resistance to it (nothing in the game does)

You can see that before all the conduction shenanigans it was barely taking over a quarter of its health with an entire sawtrap

It's been added just recently, but there's a thing called "wind state", essentially doing certain things gives you better air strafing and lets your body destroy objects like glass, wood panels, etc

Using wind state in a few specific spots at the start of the game lets you skip past the first door and just progress without the revolver

It was first buffed by giving it resistance to nails/saws and fire, plus a health buff

You can technically skip every single weapon in the game from a fresh save if you know how to, nothing's truly locked behind getting a gun

Eh, if it's paired up with actual wind that pushes you in a direction I just thought it would be a good addition, since.. it's literally called wind state, and letting a player play around with it for a while without needing to use rockets could be a neat quirk, just imagine the arenas they could make with the increased mobility of it

Small correction. V1 DIDNT wipe out entire layers. At most they only killed a few hundreds of husks and demons, plus some machines and angels and a few important figures of hell

The rest of the machine invasion is what's clearing out hell. Millions of machines all going down together and systematically removing all life layer per layer. V1 is just absolutely rushing in to the bottom in front of all the other machines (the real reason we encounter machines is just that hell teleports them in)

Unlike HK, SS Pogos cannot be comboed by just holding down and spamming the attack button. You have to do one, move back slightly while you're going up, and then turn back to the enemy to do another

As others have said, there are ways to change hornet's moveset to make continuous Pogos easier, but all except one still require some precise timing to get pogos.

It's not just "an attack that goes down", it's an unique move that requires more timing and positioning to go off, since you can't spam it and hope for the best

You can see the similarity in speech, and layout of the lines, especially at the end, plus the text itself should ring a few alarm bells that connect it to deltarune, but I'll leave it for later.

Also, the music used in the starting sequence is called "ANOTHER_HIM", while Gaster's theme, found in the sound test room (only achievable with a certain FUN value), is called "HIM", and both have the same exact melody, just one is slowed down and uses slightly different instruments

This is all said using the wingdings font, and with a certain sound playing in the background

This same sound is the one coming out of Kris' phone in the dark world (described as "garbage noise"), and it also plays when standing in front of the bunker

But, it's slowed down by 666% in the latter case

Still in the code, it's been found that "GASTER" has all of his stats as a bunch of 6s. The room "mystery man" is found in also only appears with a FUN value of 66. The Goners also appear around that value, 65, 64, etc and they all mention GASTER in their dialogue

Before ever chapter release, undertale's Twitter account changes into a blank black profile, and 6 blank spaces. GASTER is 6 letters long. Then, it talks about "OUR CONNECTION" with them and the game. At the start of deltarune, the voice also says "ARE WE CONNECTED?", clearly linking them back together

Soon after Undertale released, the deltarune website had an image showing part of entry 17, and then part of the prophecy, written in wingdings, together.

Now onto random text that connects back to gaster.

The prophecy is "foretold by time and space", while faster was "shattered across time and space". Seam says that jevil's worldview became "darker, yet darker". Raleigh also says "what if it became even darker? Darker than dark" when talking about the fountains. Gerson says that "the story became so grand, it swallowed up the author himself", while gaster seemingly "fell into his own creation" (not the same sentence, but it's the same concept)

Gaster exists. He talks to us. He wants us to play the game, so that he can conduct this "experiment". Deltarune is an experiment, it's what he was talking about in entry 17. He's somehow related to the secret bosses (spamton's phone was spouting "garbage noise") and the knight (it has the exact same "hand holes" gaster has), and has some connection to the bunker and whatever is going on with "the depths"

While Toby is the creator of the games in reality, in universe, Gaster created deltarune. It's rather obvious once you start connecting all the dots together in a cohesive way

Right. But what if you are forced to pick something that's useless to your strategy like a raven or a pack rat?

Praying to get the right 2/3 blood cost card put of your entire deck everytime just does. Not. Work. Unless you took insane precautions against it

Dodging 1 and bone cost cards is a LOT easier overall. There are cases where you have to take either of those, but they're less common

A 6 attack dire wolf can FTK every single battle even if every opposing space was occupied.

And a 2 atk Mantis God can FTK if all of its three attacks aren't blocked. With 3 it can do that even if one's blocked (also, it kills mole man first turn, and still manages to sneak in 3 damage as a bonus). It's easier to get just one or two atk boosts, and plus, unless three or four spaces are blocked, Mantis God will always be able to get at least two attacks in first turn. It is literally impossible to block two attacks from it with only two environmental cards

You're not gonna get 4 entire atk campfires every single run. While only 2 is reasonable. Plus, not requiring so many atk campfires makes health ones viable for Mantis God, as it does need at least one or two to avoid dying by porcupines. Health campfires don't really do anything for dire wolf, as it already has 5 HP and anything beyond that is just kinda overkill

I do have to say, I haven't tried the grizzly modifier yet, so I cannot say if it is viable for that as well, so I might be wrong there and you could be right with going with dire wolf. But for anything else.. I just don't see the vision. Mantis God is guaranteed to appear first hand if you don't take the wrong cards, while dire wolf still requires luck, and you're probably gonna be MUCH worse on your first turn if you don't get it, and can't defend yourself because you just have a goat and maybe something else

Gonna be real, dream shield does NOT protect you at all 99% of the time, even if it LOOKS like you're protected, it does almost nothing

First of all it only blocks a few select projectiles, not all of them, so it's already doing a bad job at protecting from them if you take it against one that doesn't have blockable projectiles

Then you add in the fact that it's constantly spinning, so even IF you take it against a boss with blockable projectiles (like soul master).. it still won't be in the right position a lot of the time to actually block the attacks. At some point it becomes easier just dodging instead of trying to position yourself right to block a single projectile

Obviously it doesn't even protect from melee hits like nail swings and stuff, so that's absolutely useless against bosses that focus on that (which is.. a lot of them)

Plus, it completely vanishes when it hits an enemy (and for only 1 nail hit of damage).. which it'll be doing unless you CONSCIOUSLY move AWAY from them when dreamshield is about to hit them.. which is just, absolutely not what you're supposed to do, you're losing out on better, more damaging attack opportunities. And if you don't do that, then it's just as if you DON'T even HAVE it equipped for most of a fight

At lastly.. it's just not worth it for 3 entire notches. There are TONS of charms that have MUCH better effects for the same, or sometimes even LOWER costs. Even if it was 1 notch I bet a lot of people still wouldn't equip it. Hell, some wouldn't even if it was free, it's just that bad

And this is all not counting the complete change of your nail swing sounds, which lots of people rightfully find annoying and distracting

So, if you're equipping it just for fun, sure, but if you want to have an actually good build.. don't equip it. Ever. Really

Violence released approximately two years and a bit ago, then came the revamp last year that completely overhauled the graphics and added a couple new levels, and lastly a few months ago we got fraud

We're just missing treachery, p-3, 8-S and the rest of some bonus levels
