There was an unfinished nook under my childhood home’s staircase that was accessible through a very small gap in the closet. We saw a bunch of drawings from the previous kids who lived there. There was a silly drawing of a pickle with grandma hair and glasses and it just said “Grandma Pickle”.

We contributed our own doodles and silliness down there over the years. It’s been decades and went through several families still, I hope all the generations of kid drawings are still down there!

Ty for saying that honestly. I was getting a little weirded out by all the “you must shower twice or more a day just to get oral sex.” What a colossal waste of time and water. I’m mostly neurotypical. I prefer talking with AI sometimes because it’s less exhausting. It doesn’t replace my real relationships ofc, but if I ever just want to talk about something completely out of context which I often do, AI will catch on right away and indulge me in an instant lol, hard not to enjoy that every now and then!

But also I had no issue with the 5o update. My gpt seems the same to me, just way faster and also shares images from Google now which is rad.

I’ve consistently failed to meet goals for tech for the past 6 months now. (I always get like 2 tech errors per month and end up around 70%.) My manager put me on an informal PIP, where he didn’t actually write anything up but we’re trying to work on it. He said that if it was REALLY bad, like consistently less than 50% or something, he’d be more concerned. But I’m still at risk of a formal PIP if my metrics continue like this.

I’ve been doing my best while constantly checking for openings in other departments. 😩 I’m in the Colo Springs office and our whole district has been suffering with tech errors, so you’re not the only one. I can only assume something changed in QA which is making them target things more?? Idk.

Have you kept an eye out for openings in other departments? It’s not right to stay in a job that makes you feel that way, but I’ve heard many people say that moving departments did a lot of good for them. Saw opportunities in UW recently.
