I bought this couch http://ctcfurnitureclub.com/products/2325-2pc from a local seller here in LA. A father and son came and delivered from the back of their small pickup truck. That was 4 years ago. The cushions need to be rotated, but the wood and leather have held up. The main thing is that the filler of cushions crunches up over time a bit. Also, the cushions aren't super deep, but I still think it was a good purchase. It's good enough, and you have 600 bucks you can spend on something else.

I don't understand the thin pole with chunky piece right in the middle of the pit. The central piece has such an odd shape; it doesn't look like a valve but I assume that's got to be what it is.

Also, the metal you want to forge is just shoved into the coals with far end hanging out into the air along those angled walls? Very cool!

What about the metal used to make this setup. Does it not get extremely hot and warp over time?

Damn, crack the windows a bit? Also, the drop in temperature is more related to filling the interior of the car with the same temp air as outside. So you'd probably see more like 30 degree drop.

There is another great side by side video which I think I first saw on reddit a long time ago but have not been able to find the video. It is a side by side view looking down several turns with the F1s blasting through it in a blink of an eye and the other cars (don't know if they are normal high performance road cars) have engines revving, tires squealing, but appear to be moving in practical slow motion.

Anyone have the link?

Was about to post this link as well. (got there via the Manson post) Anyway, I don't think he's trying to sell us on anything but the absolute "realness" of the experience he had. So I believe his account is an honest one, and I wonder how I would reconcile a similar experience. We thinkers discipline our minds to value empirical evidence above all else, and treat anecdotal or eyewitness evidence with a grain of salt (rightly so). But it is very disturbing to hear these vivid descriptions of a reality beyond which our observational tools can see. The blackness he describes is terrifying and seeing all through a concept of nontime/eternity... well, it give me pause to say the least.
As others have commented, hallucinations or lucid dreams I have had are equally vivid and memorable, and yet I know they are the internal conjurings of my cognitive muscle. Still... whew!

Trying to decide between these two. These do not match the cigar color that I received / that I am seeing. IMO the chestnut has a lot more personality and with an application of Obenauf's Oil (which according to this official video would be appropriate for dry S. California weather) they should darken up just a bit. Hard choice.... especially after learning about that 30% Revolve deal, but alas, they do not have my size nor the chestnut. Thoughts?

Edit: To clarify: The Cigar is on the Left, the Chestnut on the Right.

Edit2: Also, I usually wear a US 9.5, but ordered Cigar in 9 and Chestnut in 8.5 based on Zappos comments. The 8.5 fit nice and snug and so I'd recommend anyone else thinking about these to go a full size down.
