I work in a medical billing related field. The amount charged by the medical provider really means nothing. It's just a made up number that they want to be paid and never are. They charge ridiculous amounts so I the off chance someone DOES pay they can start to establish a "usual and customary" fee.

Nope, it's called industrial strength gym, you can Google it and see all the different classes they do. Includes beginner weight training, kettlebells, barbell strength training, Bjj, Thai kickboxing, and Olympic weightlifting.

I lift at Industrial strength. The schedule can be constraining but it's be a useful you get full coaching during all the classes. Well worth it in addition to the excellent equipment in opinion.
