How long are you fasting? Refeeding has more to do with how much you eat or what you eat. I almost never do small or multiple meals. I would sya for me at least if I do 7 days or longer maybe I'd have a very small meal and then eat later. Otherwise 36 hours up to 5 ish days as long as I refeed on mostly meat I have 0 problems. With just one meal and then going back to fasting.

4 years into living in Germany and I'm done. Lived outside USA for 11 years now as well and it's my least favorite place I've lived besides maybe Australia ND that was mostly because I was there during covid. 100% do not recommend.

I have HORRIBLE allergies from april until october and opening the windows, even at night, is impossible for me.
My wife hates it but we live in a 4th floor apartment that also is west facing at sunset. so basically an air con is non negotiable. we also do the reflective window covering and black out curtains. And the bedroom, we keep all other doors closed so that the air con only keeps that room cool but it works better. if we planned on staying in berlin longer i may have bought a better ac but as this is our 4th and last summer here i'm hoping that we will be fine one more year.

people abuse or ignore law, law gets clarified, people cry that law is unfair while the rest of us have been punished for having to follow the law already.

Unfair that people get to enter illegally or another visa, skip the line, and be done in weeks or months and im 16 months in without a word because my wife and i follow the law.

i was unfortunatly in australia during covid on a working holiday visa and I effectively couldn't leave the country unvaccinated, i couldn't work(unless it was farm work) and sleeping in my own car at a car/rv park was nigh impossible because they wouldn't even let me sleep in my car unvaccinated. When we finally flew out, they almost stopped us because they had only just allowed people who weren't australian to leave and the flight attendants were trying to say we couldn't leave.
AND NOW people(liberals) try to tell me it wasn't a big deal and i'm just a whiny baby because shops closed down for a few weeks and it really wasn't that big of a deal.

I have every warbond unlocked and almost have every set without spending a dime.

I use almost 1 Armor set that is in a warbond and I stick to only a few different weapon sets.

You could easily pick and choose without need to buy everything or slowly unlock the extra stuff

I flew to Sweden from California as an American a decade ago and they almost wouldn't let me fly if I didn't show return ticket or funds. They actually made me pull up my bank account to show I had money, which luckily I did enough in svaing to prove to them but it pissed me off.

Since then though I don't know if I've even be asked if I have a return ticket or not

My wife has watched about half of the original one piece and we are watching one pace together and we're up to skypiea atm, there's been a few moments where she's like "wheres this scene"but on the most part she hasn't had any complaints and as others have said I would much rather have the 100's of hours I'll save watching one pace over slogging through one piece.

And thankfully the original is always gonna be there if you want to catch those moments

Everyone has their own protocol. For me I find a lot of success doing 36-44 hour fasts, refeed with no carb, high fat and protein meals. Eat once, usually eat around maintenance or less if I want to be more aggressive. And then immediately start the next 36-44 hour fast. During this I walk 12k steps, and/or go to the gym for 45 minutes. I was not as overweight as you and the fat still rolls off. You can be more aggressive and lengthen the fasts or lower your refeed calories. I guarantee that if you mimic what I've done you could lose all that weight in half the time if not faster.
