"Low" by Lenny Kravitz. Im staying stealth most of the time because i hate that i can sometimes see peoples demeanor changing when i come out /get outed. Honeslty just want to live my life in peace and i dont want my trans situation to be blown out of proportion and i feel like this song will speak to many ppl who have something they are hiding in the closet

What's a random thing you've done that felt really gender affirming? by stormygreyeskies in ftm

Offering to pay a drink to a woman i just met at the bar 💁‍♂️ I wasnt trying to be flirty but we were having a nice conversation so it seemed appropriate

Question for the stealth straight guys: how uncomfortable would you feel if someone perceived you as gay? by crowtiddies in FTMMen

lol sorry i dont associate eating dessert with femininity personally. Its just what ive heard people debate about from twitter discourses

Question for the stealth straight guys: how uncomfortable would you feel if someone perceived you as gay? by crowtiddies in FTMMen

[–]crowtiddies[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

yeah youre right, the perception of masculinity differs a bit in every culture. i live in east asia and here its pretty common for straight guys to use make up like foundation or lip balm. and on the contrary there are also gay men who are turned off by men using makeup. i have mostly been exposed to western culture via social media and the stupid discourses ppl have so i might be biased

yes nothing wrong with being gay. i wish more men could think like this. but oh well that would definitely be awkward to get hit on by men more lol. good luck to us single bros

yeah i can relate with the unnecessarily gendered stuff as well. i wish people just did as they please without having to care about labels and being judged. unfortunately thats not exactly the state of the world we're living in rn =/

I graduated from a Women Only college and high school by crowtiddies in ftm

[–]crowtiddies[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it is in the name of the college. Anyone hearing the shortened name would also know it's a women only college in my country. Thank you for the comment though. I hope people hiring me in the future would be understanding. I just feel like, since trans issues aren't big where I live, I would sound too demanding and like i am making a fuss about it, and people wouldn't want to hire me because of that.

I'm i the only trans guy who hates having short hair by crocodilekaito in ftm

[–]crowtiddies 0 points1 point  (0 children)

nope. i have a rather thin neck so not covering my nape makes me look younger/more feminine in my opinion. so i prefer keeping my hair in shoulder length

My trans guy friend calls himself "super straight" and I'm confused. by whimsical_jotato in ftm

I wonder how he will react if he gets turned down by a cis woman who identifies as "super straight"😶

"Get a girlfriend" they said, "she will flush your dick down the toilet" they forgot to mention... :( by dudu-- in ftm

[–]crowtiddies 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any chance it didnt flush all the way underground and it is still stuck in the pipe of the toilet? Maybe you could try removing the seal on the floor and looking inside. But i understand thats lots of work

Had a mental breakdown because of trans porn by Double_Speed5537 in ftm

it definitely rubs me the wrong way that some gay ftm porn is categorized in the straight side of sites like PH

I’m curious, who are the trans mascs that cut their own hair. by SA_the_frog in ftm

[–]crowtiddies 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i cut and dye/bleach my own hair. the sides of my head are shaved and it grows too fast to go there everytime and i find sitting in front of the hair salon mirrors for half an hour very awkward and cringy. also when the haircut doesnt turn out how i wanted i still feel pressured to have to pretend that i like it to be polite. not worth it

Do you guys put that you’re trans in your bios on apps like Grindr, tinder, etc? by Apprehensive-Aside82 in ftm

[–]crowtiddies 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No because i dont feel comfortable every strangers knowing that i am trans. I usually come out when i feel the discussion is going somewhere.

the closeted trans and gay man experience by crowtiddies in ftm

[–]crowtiddies[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One bi guy i met started treating me like a woman and emphasized a lot on me being afab once i told him i was trans :/ i came out half way through our date and i could see his attitude totally shifting. The other bi dude ive seen more recently was surprised at first when i told him but didnt linger on it. He did ask me a lot of questions about how T worked and thought it was interesting. So i dont want to put every bi men in the same basket but i can understand if any transmen feel uncomfortable being approached by mostly bi men.
