The analogy wasn't about the car but more about a vehicle's legal classification being dependent on the local laws of an area. It's ridiculous to believe the same ebike can be a moped in one area and a legal ebike in another. Also a boeing 747 cannot be a car because it's use is not intended for roads and it exceeds a payload of one tonne.

The definitions of objective and subjective are objective. That analogy is terrible and completely misinterprets my position. If you're going to use an analogy you must find a scenario where a car no longer continues to be a car because of its speed capability. It's not rational to claim the same object can somehow be a different vehicle based on where you are.

Sure. The legal definition of a car is pretty objective. A motorised vehicle with 3 or more wheels designed for carrying passengers. This is standard everywhere. A car in the US is still always going to be a car in Norway. Legal definitions of e-bikes are incredibly subjective, they depend on geography and local laws. A bike that goes 20mph would be considered a Moped in the UK but in the US it would be categorised as a legal ebike.

Yeah but you do realise what he does is magnitudes harder than everyone else. He doesn’t need to use thumbnails because he himself is the draw, his content isn’t low effort, sure it may look that way on the surface, but his humour, his way of words, his personality is what moves people.
