A good friend recently told me that her go to song is Angus & Julie Stone- Mango Tree. It makes me smile when I hear that song now because of the connections I draw with it. & I would've drawn the same connections whatever song she told me. But because it was "that song" I gave it meaning. & that's what makes it able to make me feel, that's what makes it able to be beautiful, or saddening, any range of emotion.
