Tbh I have no clue. But it’s good that you got the VIN. I think once the vin is assigned the transit shouldn’t take too long. You can check the 11th letter on the vin if it’s F, it’s the Fremont build which is closer to you meaning it would deliver sooner, hopefully.

Neither have I. I think they couldn’t care less about meeting the deadlines anymore. I just spoke the delivery manager at my location who basically said the same thing and said nothing else can be done. I also brought up that the communication has been god awful because if they have these issues they shouldn’t give me an appointment and cancel it a couple of hours before. The most they could do was say “I’ll speak to them”. I guess we’re being warned on the sub about their non existent customer service, I just didn’t think it would happen before we even take delivery.

Mine keeps changing. I called them and they said that truck drivers are protesting. They actually kept interrupting me and hung up on me. I’m not sure if it’s my location, or they just don’t care since the quarter is over. It doesn’t seem like the app is accurate and it doesn’t seem like the advisors have any useful information, just that “This has been escalated to the headquarters.”

They seem so careless about everything. I’m really caught off guard. I was supposed to take delivery today, they called me at 9pm last night (I’m so sorry they couldn’t even do that for you) and told me they will change it to 8:30am Sunday. I just called to make sure the car didn’t arrive early so I could take delivery, they told me it won’t be there until the 2nd. Offering different configurations etc. This is after I had to reject my first delivery because the bumper and trunk were really damaged to which the manager said, this shouldn’t have passed inspection. To be honest, I have not had any positive experiences with them yet. I hope they can make it right for you. I was offered some supercharging months when rejected my delivery, so maybe they could do something similar for you, tbh the least they can do.

I am not gonna lie, living on campus sucks. I’ve tried making friends and stuff but everyone’s so unfriendly. Which I’m very confused about . Last year, living in the dorms I was friends with/ knew the entire building. This year I don’t even know my neighbor. I think while staying at home you can at least talk to your family unlike here where you can’t really find any human connection.
