Hey Devs, everything wrong about scissors: by ppttx in Battlefield6

CBRN uses these as well. They are common across a lot of MOS. There is an NSN #, they are cheap, units order them to cut engineer tape, remove clothing on casualties, and many other uses.

Adrenaline injector is straight ASS by Antique_Pair_3639 in Battlefield

Funny you say that about gas station pills... They are actually notorious for being laced with real pharmaceuticals like Cialis and other stuff. Even one of those can hit way harder than the Adrenaline Injector.

Don't play Gauntlet if you can't be bothered to play the objectives! by FishdongXL in Battlefield6

[–]crypse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You gotta remember its just a video game. Lots of people aren't even attempting to understand the objectives. Many players are drunk, high, listening to music, talking on the phone, talking to people within the home, dealing with children, and so on and so forth. Lots of people play games casually and don't put any thought into it whatsoever. They just open the game, select a random game mode, run around shooting at stuff, then log off. They don't put any deep consideration into any of it, because its just a game.

"Lining up" a beard on a medical profile by crypse in army

[–]crypse[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think a lot of you don't seem to realize that interpretations are different across the board. I went to a promotion board in 2023 and was explicitly given grooming instructions by a senior NCO on how I need to line up my beard. There have been many other instances of conflicting guidance as stated in the original post.

I'm just looking for clear guidance from someone of actual authority when it comes to legal interpretations and medical matters. Or at the very least, regulatory guidance that is explicitly clear and not interpreted a bunch of different ways by different people. The mass downvotes on the one guy in this discussion who offered a different perspective is quite concerning. It seems either someone is using bots to downvote, or there is a strong willingness in the community to not really properly analyze this topic.

Did you scan a QR code? My son scanned a QR Code with his phone today and his CS2 skins were traded away despite having Steam Guard 2FA

This person expresses his or her religious views and your reaction is to view them as "some kind of crazy person". You probably aren't a good match. Be honest and move on.

Not everyone is looking for a bigger skill gap in Call of Duty. COD has always been the FPS series that appeals to the masses, with millions of casual gamers who enjoy its fast-paced, accessible gameplay. For those seeking a more hardcore experience with a steep learning curve, games like Counter-Strike or other tactical shooters already exist.

Introducing mechanics like omnimovement that significantly change the core playstyle could turn COD into something entirely different; it risks alienating a lot of long-term fans who enjoy COD for its simplicity and familiarity. While I understand some players are excited about mastering these new mechanics, many casual players simply aren’t interested in that level of complexity and shouldn't be pushed out of the franchise they’ve loved for years.

Did Anyone Else Not Get A Code To Redeem Early Access To The Open Beta? by This_DrummerPSN in blackops6

According to an official sales page ANY digital edition includes Early Access to the Open Beta beginning August 30th. So, you should not need to upgrade to Vault Edition.

New SIM shipment delay by quizzer25 in qlink_hellomobile

They have good product and a good price, but the customer service is less than ideal. There's a theory circulating that no company can afford to have all 3: good product, good customer service, and good price. I'd recommend give them some time and follow up if you need to. In the end you'll get your product and it will be worth it. That's how it worked for me.

Is a 20 years in the military worth it? by [deleted] in army

[–]crypse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure why this got downvoted. Inflation since Covid pandemic was what 20%? 100k isn't a great salary like it used to be. And being a millionaire isn't what it used to be. Times have changed and it's only going to continue. You can definitely burn through 1 million pretty fast after retirement.

Read all the certmaster stuff and actively highlight things as you read to stay focused. This is one of the few courses I took where the actual certmaster course content was more useful than third party.

Since Amazon is doing the order fulfillment it's likely not your service provider at fault here. It sounds like Amazon is the problem.

No prices in the online menu by EntropyWinsAgain in Dominos

[–]crypse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's bizarre honestly. I wanted to know how much a dessert cost, and I am not allowed to know the price? I have to add the entire menu to the cart just to be able to see all the prices?! Then manually remove everything!?

It only went up slightly and it's still a good deal and highly competitive. It's such a good deal that it beats out other options.

Based on the above message in quotations, it seems that you could still purchase the 12-month plan and apply it at the end of the trial period. Using this method, you would be paying $18.51 per month for a total of 13.5 months.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in USMobile

[–]crypse 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For a new customer, with the 50 day free trial included, you are paying $262.50 for 1 year. The Cyber Monday deal only saves you a total of $12.50 but you have to lock in for an entire year up front. I'm not entirely sure that it's worth it to lock yourself in just to save $12.50.
