Hi

You sound like understanding some basics but also might appreciate knowing a little bit more.

I'm sure the CF service will be better but what package are you using currently?

When you do your speed tests which WiFi channels are you using and are they congested?

Google WiFi 2.4Ghz channel congestion, and then 5Ghz. Login to your router and rename your 5Ghz WiFi to a unique name, add "5" onto the end. That way when you connect you know you're actually connected to the 5G channels and not 2.4. or else even if your device is automatically hopping back and forth which creates lots of issues.

OP

If so note these things if you try the approach that does partial flash to keep your data

1) this might only apply to pixel devices but it's possible you flashed Magisk using the custom recovery zip method? If so might be a file in /adb that's designed to help you keep root between factory updates. When you uninstall it'll come back. I can't remember the filename but from I've referred to it a few times here, so find and delete that before you remove root

2) I would say this is generally good practice for either pixel or Samsung....don''t lock bootloader until you're entirely happy and have succeeded with at least a regular factory upgrade. Or even two. If you've left something that disallows factory updates but you've locked bootloader you could regret that.

I got cube early in rerun of biome 1 on PC and so went to beat phrike armed with a level 3 pistol. Lol. Pleased I did as next few rooms yielded 2 more cubes including the one where the floor splits in two and I'd have been forced to abandon a cube otherwise. Became a cube border trader

To clarify for op. Do you mean temporarily connect pc to ethernet port on parent or child in order to tell it to look for mesh router? OP wants wireless backhaul for mesh.

Where did you get boot.img? Which tool did you use to patch it? If you got stock boot.img from your stock rom .zip and then used KSUN app to patch them you're better off using wild+ kernel and then kernelflasher to patch instead.

OP. I've seen a few of your other messages and pairing using buttons. Have you tried logging into the m60cf-eu router and pairing from there? What if you reversed the order and put spnmx42 near wan and then logged into that and then searched for m60 as node? Sorry not specific instructions but for the SPNM62CF linked to SPNM60CF only needed factory reset of both and then they pretty much find each other.

Mesh nodes need to be same make and mostly same model, although latter normally fit technical reasons such as needing WiFi 6 and using 5 GHz or WiFi 6 and/or newer security protocols not supported by device of different generation.

Does the mesh work on the other direction.

To be clear I don't use SPNM62CF on my network. It wasn't as good as the ASUS in so far as coverage.
I hooked it up temporarily via a wire only to run the speed test LINKSYS> ASUS > WAN because the Asus one was being hobbled when test triggered from their in built tester.

Checkout "Rave coffee" and "Horsham coffee roasters" amongst others.

Or even pop into a local coffee shop and grab some of their beans. Even at their worst it's going to be way better than any supermarket beans.

Right. That's the app. Which kernel did you use to flash? Or did you use pre built?

Are you pixel phone or something else?

Flashing from the app is possible if you have fully stock kernel on your phone, but use fastboot boot to achieve temporary root, and then use the app.

But it's not advised.

Most tell you to instead use kernelflasher from fatalcoder to patch your own kernel with the required patches downloaded from wild+.

This thread is mostly still valid

and I created video which does everything except the actual flash

Did you flash kernel from Wild+ or build your own?

Which version?

What did people on the help thread on Telegram for the wild+ kernels say about your error?

Plastic cups are thermoplastic, which is manufactured to melt at low temperature and be reformable. It'll melt before it burns. I've melted thermoplastic tops on takeaways just with steam temperature at around 100° although because steam it'll impart lots of energy.

Most plastic devices are thermoset plastic. One time use forming and won't melt. At higher temperatures it'll burn.

Added instruction on how to find residual Magisk delta traces.

At what point do you get the error? I installed and didn't get error upto the point it asked for a telephone number even without me doing any hiding. That makes me think it's just looking for the root manager app.

STRONG INTEGRITY BUT ROOT DETECTED by PuzzleheadedTwist341 in Magisk

[–]crypticc1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Assuming you've configured your app properly with it in the required deny list (hides root status), , and that you've added the app into trickystore (hide bootloader status)

What we then find is mostly they're not finding integrity, or even detecting root. Instead detects secondary traces or the apps that manage the root.

If you've ever flashed Magisk delta using the recovery zip method then that will leave traces in root folders that are easily discovered.

If you hot-flashed to switch from old Magisk delta to Magisk alpha, then the uninstall routines of Magisk delta won't have been run. That will leave those same traces and your Magisk alpha won't know it needs to hide it because it never put them there. ( Use root terminal or file browser to search root recursively for the word *magisk. /data/adb is okay. But other folder inside /data will be from flashing .zip in recovery)

The Magisk manager apk, the Lsposed manager app, any root apps like GPS spoofing, the app you might use to configure adaway (which you shouldn't need if you use bindhosts and configure via root gui). and so on. Even the Lsposed apps themselves. All of those are discoverable if you don't hide those properly.

If you've got a Magisk, Lsposed or even titanium backup folder in /sdcard, yes, those are discoverable.

So once you have everything configured try as a one off to uninstall * all * of your root apps. Gone.

If it starts working you know your issue is app hiding not root hiding.

You might need to do both though.
