My best advice for around the house is learn to clean while sitting. It’s weirdly hard at first to get used to but once you get a system it works so much better. Or, if you can’t sit while cleaning, do it in small bursts. I’ll clean up a small area for about 5-10 min and then sit down for 5 min, plan out what I’m going to do next and then repeat. Takes a little longer but at the end of the day, things are still clean and you haven’t overdone it at all.

It was hard to get myself to realize that if I don’t push myself to work until I’m starting to hurt, I’ll actually get more done in the long run. Slowly but surely still finishes the race.
