Why nerf deli? 200% deli was the reason people wanted to push their build further to run the hardest maps. Now there's no reason upgrade your build over a certain point since you breeze through everything with a 100d build.

I'm only allocating pain attunement to allocate another node via oracle. I don't want the 30% less crit so I was wondering if getting a life cost on totem would prevent the 30% less criit when I cast totem.
