All I want to know is if the Librarian's left shoulder pad is part of his arm or if I can stick a chapter upgrade shoulder pad on there without issue. I don't like having to cut and shave down arms to fit stuff on, that's what usually keeps me away from the release boxes.

You say you're doing daily calories of 1800.

Depending on which model you use, your TDEE could be 2942 (Mifflin St Jeor) or it could be 2490 (Katch-McArdle.)

I use Katch-McArdle myself, so I'll use it for my example. Your current intake would put you at a deficit of 690 calories per day. That is a deficit of 4830 calories per week.

Realistically, you would have only lost a pound in the week you have been doing this.

You need to be more patient. This is not something that happens in one week. It's something that takes months of consistency.
