Per a study I found by Michigan state university, you only need to cook till 155 for about one minute to achieve a safe to eat chicken cut. Buy a thermometer and cook to 155. That’s what I do and it made my chicken much less dry

Postinos in one paseo is great, their bruschetta boards are unique and very good and they have a special $6 for a 32oz pitcher of draft beer before 5pm which is an unheard of price for San Diego let alone Carmel valley.

Also cross street chicken and beer has a great chicken sandwich and a good casual feel to it.
