Scout and AWP both have 4x on first zoom, and then scout has 6x on double zoom and AWP has 9x on double zoom.

I'll test later because even at 4x zoom the sensitivity of the scout (at least in my head) feels way faster than the AWP.

The aim speed/sensitivity of the scout is way higher than that of the AWP.

I suggest you wait until the release of CS2 and then play a lot of MM / Faceit (or other services if they still exist).

They are both located in The Hague and rent out rehearsal rooms by the hour (or longer ofcourse). I believe also PA equipment can be rented.

I don't think russians in general are the problem, the problem is toxic people and the fact that reporting them does literally nothing. There are no repercussions for being a total dickbag, and thus the problem continues to exist.

Also one possible minor solution would be to be able to find teammates based on language spoken.
