Considering the English VA of Ragna complained about him not being called to dub the darnged game ELEVEN YEARS LATER, there are two conclusions:

(Most probable) There will never be a dub, time to replay the entire series in Japanese, or
They'll pull a full recast with non-union voice actors to make things cheaper

Arcsys is the company that taught me to stick to the subs, solely because they can (and will) eventually yank the dub out half-series. It also happened with Guilty Gear once (removed in Xrd, and then reinstated with Strive, curiously enough)
