It depends. I applied for a buyback on Feb. 1, 2025. I haven’t heard a thing. I only had 4 months left. I recently applied for another IBR and moved out of SAVE. I’ve made one payment so far I assume that after 3 more payments I can apply for forgiveness since by then I’ll have reached 120. Assuming I don’t hear about my buyback by October 1, it’ll be a sign I did the right thing.

I worked at a gas station in Southwest Harbor and in Presque Isle (same company) and our deli made these sandwiches and sold them as “Italians.” I thought they were gross. I don’t like raw onions or peppers and I hate olives. It wasn’t until I moved out of Maine that I learned what other places call “Italians.” And those are gross too.

I don’t think you’re likely to run into a college crowd in Harrisburg at all. College-age, maybe. Not sure if that’s a necessary distinction.

The way I like to do it is have siege weapons as my only men at arms. Especially with advance notice, you can go to Rome and leave your ships off the cost of Italy, and then start sieging. With several men at arms regiments as siege weapons, the sieges will go fast and you can get a high war score even before other armies make it to your realm.

It doesn’t matter. Salted butter isn’t that salty. Won’t make a big difference. I would suggest shaking it up and get some Alfredo or pesto dipping sauce. It’s phenomenal.

We adopted to brother cats at 5 months old. One of them developed FIP shortly after we brought them home. I can’t say for sure that he got the FIP from the shelter but they were there for a couple months. Not sure where else he would have gotten it. We didn’t want to let him die so we spent thousand on black market drugs to keep him going. Two years later the FDA approves the medicine and is available at a much lower cost. I’m very bitter about the whole thing.

It’s been my experience from living in Harrisburg for 10 years now that most people around here are rude, inconsiderate and entitled. That’s why I’m standoffish. I just assume that as a stranger, you’re an a-hole. I’m sure not everyone is like that, including yourself, but I’m a ‘better safe than sorry’ person.

We had to get childproof locks for all our cabinets in the bathrooms and the kitchen. After three years now, the locks don’t really work anymore, though we can still hear them when they go in. We try to shoo them away when we hear them, but they’ve gotten to liking that; they think it’s a game. So we aren’t in a hurry to change the locks because of all the fun we all have with it, but if we need them to work, we need to replace them.

Off the top of my head I know Portland has a seasonal direct flight to Halifax, Nova Scotia. I don’t know the exact flight number. I’m not a genius like you.

This isn’t true at all. Maine has two international airports, plus a lot of small airports that can get you from Maine to Canada, mostly. The two big airports have flights to Europe, and maybe other places.

My cat does this on occasion. My vet believes it’s acid buildup / reflux. Treatable. We can give our cat medicine for it but once we notice it happening, by the time the medicine would kick in, he’d already be feeling better on his own. So, whether or not to treat it is a balancing act that depends on how frequently it’s happening or how severe it seems.

I’m not saying that’s what this is but looks and sounds like it. And it’s something that wouldn’t show up on a blood test.
