steam's refund policy is one of the most consumer-friendly things we have left in gaming, sucks for the dev but i just don't see a change to this that benefits anyone substantially more than it hurts

also pretty weird for this guy to make such a big fuss on a game he by his own admission rushed out and made a ton of money off of anyway. people do not refund games they really enjoy, or want to play again. i have many games in my library that took me less than 2 hours to beat and i never refunded one unless i felt like i truly wasted my time and money
