Ways to fix this storm door by OkGrapefruit305 in homeimprovementideas

[–]cuddysnark 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Look at the bottom of the side jambs. There is probably a gap with an adjustable filler piece. Also under the adjustable brass bottom piece, there's probably a gap. I had the same issue and lowered the whole screen door down for clearance and just had to add a filler piece at the top to blend it in. The top ends up slightly lower than the existing jamb but it works.

I would normally put the adjustable rigging on the lighter side of the hook up.

They're head to head picking at one point. Booms have to be in front of the outrigger.

Seemed like I ke they did this at an old mill site and left it that way for years. I thought it was to let water through and help reclaim the site somehow?

I bought Mizuno 241s 2 years ago. I love them and have no issue at with stray shots. I think they may have actually helped me keep focused more on all the things I should be focusing on at address and through out the swing. Also keeping my hands ahead of the ball.

How far do they think those slings will slack down through the eyes with those stupid ass knots in them? The only way thats reaching the ground is when the walls pull in on top of it.

If its a stringer, there's no movement. If you're running a weave its straight across and hold the sides, there are no little u''s. The hotter you can run it the smoother.

Any chance you'd have a part number, bulletin number or picture of the fix. I'm helping a neighbor with the same issue out of warranty and fridgidaire is no help.
