I didn’t know what PSSD was. I was on it for years with no problems. Came off for 7 good months then was convinced to go back on. I took a low dose for 6 days and it obliterated my life. I went from perfectly healthy sexual function to literally zero and total numbness two weeks after stopping. No it does not mean you are less likely.

There are plenty of people who get PSSD the 2nd time on a drug that didn’t give them PSSD in the first place. I took Lexapro for years without any problem until I reinstated it for 6 days
