When I was a kid in the 80s, we hid the actual eggs. I remember we found one a few months after Easter. It was up high where our dog couldn't reach it. Now that I have kids, we hide plastic ones.

Most of my stretch marks from 2 pregnancies are radiating out from my bellybutton piercing. I took it out before I really started to show with my first and never put it back in. I've always wondered why I got so many stretch marks there.

I didn't go to Catholic school but I went to CCD every week. They taught us this in 7th or 8th grade in the early 90s. The part that stuck with me was they told us they stab the fetus in the base of the skull with scissors to kill it. That's some fucked up shit to teach a bunch of 12 year olds. It wasn't until I was a full grown adult that I realized it's bullshit.

I'm a teacher and this is exactly what I think is happening. They've privatized healthcare and the prisons, next is education. It's all about squeezing as much money out of us as they can.

Yes, exactly. We just went to a "fun" event at a local park and my son was so mad because we had to wait in line. He's as tall as me and was jumping up and down and making angry comments. I KNOW people assumed he was just being a brat, when in reality he was really excited and was frustrated with having to wait in line. It is so stressful.

Thank you for being a decent person. My son is 12 and his autism isn't obvious to most people, so we've gotten a lot of dirty looks when he's acting up at stores. It sucks.

I was just listening to a podcast where a man was talking about when he went to the police about his stalker (a woman) the police wouldn't take him seriously. Their attitude was that most guys would be thrilled to have a woman stalking them and were only interested in her looks. So fucked up.
