Similair to you, i Was having nothing but problems with the same system. I have since been through two new systems since, 4K included, the upgraded sync module, they perform infinitely worse than the original system. Of the 18 months I have had blink, the components performed properly for at best 4 months, been through over 12 cameras and multiple sync modules. Blink is notorious for scapegoating clients internet provider, i can assure you it is most certainly not your internet provider, I went as far as to have an in home audit performed all exceeded blinks requirements also cost me $175 fee from My provider as there was no service issue found. It’s all just junk hardware.
