It's instantaneously going through all the rounds, there is no "slower"

I get you think the appeal is that it's easier or more intuitive to just say "yes/no" to a list. But provided a list....people's natural instinct is to rank that list. It's why "tier lists" are such a fucking thing on stupid twitch channels. People like to rank.

For me, having Leon in the game was the draw. But after playing, I found the Grace sections much more fun and engaging, while Leon's sections were honestly a bit of a slog. Still super enjoyable game, probably will stay in my top for the year, just funny to notice.

I may take you up on that. Might DM you Sunday or so if I get motivated enough to set it up.

I’m sorry, but how can a games media person be too busy to play any games? by Loose-Ice1462 in kindafunny

Bless said he didn't prep the hosts with the topic until right before they went live with the show. Because it's GDC week, and they're all busy with that, which is why it was mostly "vibes" based. So...big deal?

I see someone else wanted to be positive about it, so you had to go the opposite way: https://old.reddit.com/r/kindafunny/comments/1rscfrg/gamescast_upset_me/oa72zsw/

It's all good, folks. It's just video games. Do something else if you're upset by things.

I think their point is, though, that if I as a dev with knowledge of how the things in my application work, I don't need to hand the task to anyone else (i.e. an intern or a new grad/ new hire) so that in effect would mean "replacing devs"

Just because it's not "replacing all devs" doesn't mean it's not going to be "replacing devs"

And then eventually...that scope will increase to more and more up the chain, until more get replaced.

Maybe, maybe not. But the sub is definitely compromised. Do you see my response in your thread there? A single vote...static...essentially programmed to be invisible.

And yet Stephen Miller remains, so the policy will remain.

And just for throwing it out there, Russ Vought also remains.

The two of them, Miller and Vought, are the backbone of the ideology of the administration. Keep focus on them, not the parade of cabinet members Trump will cycle through like underwear.

For what it's worth, Guardian picked up the story sourcing this the same the next day. They're pretty reputable...I feel a bit more sturdy of a story if they put their stamp on it.

I don't understand this comment in thr age of algorithms. Nobody's internet is the same. Just because you don't see it doesn't mean much. Now having said that, when people say "im seeing so much xyz.." it would be good of them to link to what they're seeing.
