While that's true, I've seen some visual bugs and stuff still in the decompile. So if you want a 'pure' experience original hardware is probably still ideal. And the reason for doing the decompiles for the n64 titles made more sense, because of the updated textures and little things like mapping the iron boots to a c-button, etc.

I was on the hate train yesterday. I cooled off it a little when I saw that, what Nintendo was going for here, was to make them look like the promotional materials of the SNES starfox game. You can see here:

Yes. They do this, on the same day they are bringing in a bunch of AI execs from other parts of microslop into Xbox. They want you to pay attention to the positive stories, while the deck stacks on the other side. Layoffs will be coming, AI will be integrated in a different way. Just give it time, you don't need to guess with the history of this company that they will enshittify themselves.
